Soil Recovery A/S’s distillation technique has been specially developed for the purpose
of separating industrial waste.
Reaching temperatures of up to 340°C, the Model 300 system is suitable for most operations
where the separation of hazardous fluids from solids is required, for instance in
the treatment of drill cuttings with recovery of the oil and water phase for recycling, and
dry material for safe disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. This makes
the Model 300 the most efficient system to treat this type of waste.
The complete plant is built into standard containers to facilitate erection and operation
whereever required. The mobile plants are available in 40-foot units, with a capacity of
up to 2,500 kg of input material per hour.
Within a period of one to two weeks, the mobile units can be installed on location and
be operative after connection of the feed hopper, discharge equipment and cooling
tower, which are disconnected prior to transport. The complete system is built to meet
international criteria and can be transported on three trucks.

Soil Recovery A/S’s Model - 300 technology has been developed further into a multipurpose thermal process, covering temperatures up to 600°C.
Reaching temperatures of up to 600°C, the Model 500 is suitable for most operations
where the separation of hazardous liquids from solid particles is required, for instance
in the treatment of heavy oils and API sludges from refineries with recovery of the oil
and water phase and dry material for safe disposal in accordance with environmental
regulations. This makes the Model 500 the most efficient system to treat this type of
waste.
